Developing Effective Strategies …
Too many small and medium sized businesses leave the future to chance. They are what we call opportunity driven. But an opportunity driven business is only as good as the next job it gets or the next sale it makes.
In particular small and medium
sized businesses need to put a few stakes into the ground and aim for the most direct way towards them. We facilitate planning meetings, call them strategic planning meetings or developing a business plan, providing the proprietor with a decision making tool.

most importantly, how do we know that we got there? We
set measurable goals and help you monitor progress.

risk you take when going down a particular path. We help you to analyse and manage your business risk.
